There will never be enough hours in the day for all your errands, and your career and family responsibilities will always be demanding. But you have a lot more control than you might think. In fact, the simple realization that you’re in control of your life is the foundation of stress management.
Managing stress is all about taking charge: taking charge of your thoughts, your emotions, your schedule, your environment, and the way you deal with problems. The ultimate goal is a balanced life, with time for work, relationships, relaxation, and fun – plus the resilience to hold up under pressure and meet challenges head on.
Years of scientific studies have now proven that chronic pain is a phenomena of human existence, which is linked to our sensory, emotional, and cognitive response systems. There is enough evidence that training in methods like mindfulness meditation and relaxation techniques derived from different ancient medicinal systems can help with chronic pain and stress. The Inner Evolution Center method is a hands on training for self-care in pain and stress management, which addresses both physical and emotional issues, related to the participant. Using the philosophy of five elements, breath work, stretching and mindfulness, the training can be done anywhere.

I took Bhavna’s Happy Healthy Organ rejuvenation program, and the decreasing stress class she offered over the summer. Her courses were wonderful. Her yoga sequence derived from traditional Ayurvedic and Chinese techniques was one of the most healing things I have done. I feel my energy channels opening and it’s given me a lifelong healing technique that I can use at home. As a dental hygienist I have a lot of aches and pains in my body and this yoga sequence has helped relieve me of pain. Also I have been implementing her destressifying techniques in my everyday life and I definitely feel more centered and grounded. I highly recommend her courses to anyone. It was fun, easy going and informative.

After completing this course, I was able to better understand my relationship with food. Bhavna helped me see that there is a relationship between stress and overeating in my life.
